Boolean Search Techniques

There are many Boolean search techniques, and each of them has a different use. The " " double quotes make sure that the words you search are found in that order. Also, you can add a + addition sign between words to indicate that you want all of the words to be found in the website or article you find. Another search technique you can use is a - subtraction sign, which you can add between words so indicate that you do not want those words to be in your results. Using the word AND between words indicates that you want to find results with both of the words in the website or article. Using the word OR between words indicates that you would like the results to include either of the words. This is good if you are unsure of your spelling. Using the word NOT between words has the same effects of the subtraction sign... it indicates that you want to find results including the first word, but not including the second.
